Investment Offering Book for the sale of three Marriott hotel properties. This piece was created for the team of Jones Lang LaSalle hotels and completed under their project management and supervision. Project had a tight deadline and plentiful detail to be covered in revisions and style checks. Complex pieces like this are challenging becuase of the level of detail that has to go into it along with the ongoing changes that happen as data is updated into the piece, all under tight turn around times.

The team of JLL Hotels was incredibly professional and had incredible abilities to do powerful detailed revisions making for an ideal partner to work with.
