CallOne Digital Access (Paperless Billing and Account Management)
“Skinning” and some UX proposals (interactive charts) for Billing system. Proposed “drill downs” to charts via interactive modules in order to accommodate the various levels of billing.
Meeting with client consisted mostly of learning what was possible through their platform to see how we could best assist them . We did paper sampling based on what we considered best given the systems layout limitations. The project was relatively small so sketched wire-frames worked well and kept us within budget.
I have been using Circle Imagine for years. Ceci designed a logo for me that I absolutely love and she continues to use it to design a number of different quality pieces for me each time my annual event comes around. She is quick on turnaround as well as with her communication.
