CallOne Digital Access (Paperless Billing and Account Management)
“Skinning” and some UX proposals (interactive charts) for Billing system. Proposed “drill downs” to charts via interactive modules in order to accommodate the various levels of billing.
Meeting with client consisted mostly of learning what was possible through their platform to see how we could best assist them . We did paper sampling based on what we considered best given the systems layout limitations. The project was relatively small so sketched wire-frames worked well and kept us within budget.
Ceci has done quite a bit of work for me in the past - from logo design, to marketing material and now most recently a website for my 2nd biz. I had a tight budget and Ceci really made the most out of it. She was very upfront with what could be done and what couldn't and found creative solutions to stretch the budget. The turnaround was impressive and she even spent some time training me on updating the site myself. Its so nice to work with a person who follows through on their commitments without me having to obsessively micro-manage.
