Strobeck Real Estate Brochure

Description

We were hired by Strobeck to help them create a brochure that would illustrate the experience and history of the company as well as explain the breadth of their services which seemed to always get understood only partially by those that didn’t know them well. We brainstormed on concepts and ideas to convey the range of services they packaged for their client in a simple narrative using everything from humor to empathy.

They decided on a simple and more elegant approach based on featuring actual buildings (something we thought worked in their favor having beautiful properties under their care). While walking out of their building–another asset they managed–we realized that had incredible architecture and imagery to draw form right there. So we rented photography equipment and took detailed shots of their lobby which showed the richness in history and architecture we wanted to convey. The brochure was created in a square format that fit into an existing envelope size that could then easily be stamped or printed and we suggested a recycled stock that gave it a slight marbled yet modern look.
